Start with property reality
Leadership intent, the arrival, rooms or treatments, public spaces, service context, policies and the experience the operation is designed to deliver are understood before solutions are prescribed.
Founder-direct · Six active partners maximum
Michael begins with the property itself and leadership context, then follows what guests are led to expect through discovery, comparison, booking, pre-arrival and arrival. The work identifies where that promise and the real experience stop matching, then establishes what leadership should address first.
The operating premise
Independent properties often manage a website, outside marketing, booking technology, content, and internal operations as separate pieces. Guests do not experience those pieces separately. They experience one journey—and they notice where it breaks.
SignalTide works from the property outward so the promise a guest encounters before booking is consistent with the hospitality delivered after arrival. The work is not louder marketing. It is sharper priorities, stronger evidence, less decision friction, and a clearer path to choose the property with confidence.
The alignment method
Each view is connected to the same question: does what leadership intends, what the guest is led to expect and what the property actually delivers still make sense together?
Leadership intent, the arrival, rooms or treatments, public spaces, service context, policies and the experience the operation is designed to deliver are understood before solutions are prescribed.
Discovery, comparison, OTAs, reviews, direct booking, confirmation, pre-arrival information and arrival expectations are followed as one continuous journey.
SignalTide identifies where the story presented to guests, the evidence they see and the experience they actually encounter stop reinforcing one another.
Michael leads approved guest-facing priorities, measures what changes and makes specialist handoffs when the remedy belongs to operations, F&B, revenue, training, technology or another expert discipline.
I built SignalTide for independent operators who want the promise guests encounter before arrival to make sense with the property and hospitality they actually experience.
Michael Brady · Founder
Why founder-direct matters
Michael leads the immersion, diagnosis, priority setting and approved guest-facing work personally, bringing three decades across marketing strategy, positioning, customer growth and travel-related work to the way independent hospitality is understood before arrival and experienced once the guest reaches the property.
The partnership is capped at six active properties to protect attention and accountability. That is a delivery constraint—not manufactured scarcity.
Built for the right operator
This partnership is not designed for corporate hotel groups with full internal teams or operators shopping for a low-cost website, isolated marketing task, or short-term campaign.
Published investment
Final scope, travel, integrations, and responsibilities are defined in the signed proposal.
Michael works on-property with leadership and staff to understand leadership intent, the arrival, rooms or treatments, service context and the experience guests actually receive. He then follows discovery, comparison, OTAs, direct booking, confirmation, pre-arrival information and arrival expectations to identify where the property promise, guest expectations and real experience fall out of alignment. The result is a prioritized executive action plan for the 12-month partnership.
The 12-month partnership turns the immersion findings into sustained, prioritized work. Michael remains directly involved with leadership to align the promise with the real experience, strengthen positioning and trust, improve guest-facing clarity across discovery, booking, pre-arrival and arrival, use original property evidence where it matters, review available behavior and performance data, and adapt priorities as the property, season and evidence change. SignalTide leads the approved guest-facing work inside its scope. Property leadership remains responsible for operating decisions, and specialist remedies such as dedicated hotel operations, F&B, revenue management, staff training, complex technology or regulated work stay with the appropriate expert. Typical investment: $3,550 monthly.
